Survey-Grade Precision. Without the Survey-Grade Price.
A compact RTK rover and base on a mini survey pole. Lay out foundation corners, landscaping, and rough cut/fill from a known local corner — without waiting on a survey crew.

Layout shouldn't stall the job
Most of the layout a foreman needs doesn't call for a full survey kit. It just needs to be right, and it needs to happen today.
Crews and equipment sit idle while you wait for someone to come out and shoot a few points you could check yourself.
Survey rovers are priced and built for licensed surveyors. That's more cost and complexity than daily foreman layout calls for.
Rough checks by hand are slow, hard to repeat, and easy to get wrong on a big site. Mistakes show up later, when they cost the most.
How it works
A base, a rover, and your iPhone. Set up on a known corner and start laying out.
Set the base
Set the base station on a known local corner. It sends RTK corrections to the rover over a 915 MHz LoRa radio link — no cell coverage needed. In Utah, the rover can also use Utah TURN RTK network corrections.
Walk the rover
The rover threads onto a mini survey pole with a standard 5/8"-11 thread. A u-blox ZED-F9P multi-band GNSS receiver resolves a centimeter-level RTK position.
Work from your iPhone
The rover connects to an iOS app over Bluetooth LE. Find corners, stake out layout, and check rough cut/fill relative to your known local corner.
Built for the jobsite
For the layout that happens every day between survey visits.
Foundation Corner Layout
Find and mark foundation corners from a known local corner, so the crew can start forming without waiting for a stakeout.
Landscaping Layout
Lay out beds, walls, paths, and features to plan, quickly and repeatably, without tape-and-string guesswork across a large site.
Rough Cut / Fill Checks
Check rough grade against your known local corner as you go. Catch high and low spots before they turn into rework.
Serious hardware inside
Professional multi-band GNSS, packaged in a compact, battery-powered rover built for daily jobsite use.
Pair it with its own base over LoRa, or use Utah TURN network corrections. Either way, the rover talks to your iPhone over Bluetooth LE.
Built for the field
Centimeter-level RTK.
Multi-band GNSS with RTK corrections from your own base or the Utah TURN network.
No cell signal needed.
The base and rover talk directly over a 915 MHz LoRa radio link, so remote sites still get corrections.
Battery powered.
No cords, no generator. Thread it on a pole and walk.
Helical antenna option.
A rover variant with a helical GNSS antenna under a printed radome, alongside the patch-antenna version.
Under the hood
Design renders from the current prototype. Final hardware may differ.

Built by a builder. Our founder spent 25+ years in heavy industrial construction — tradesman, foreman, estimator, project manager — before building the tools he wished the crew had.

Join the pilot program
We're lining up foremen and contractors to put the rover to work on real jobsites. Pricing comes in at a fraction of the cost of traditional survey rovers.
